Upgrade your Shelby GT500 with aggressive styling and improved heat management using the Anderson Composites Type-SS Heat Extractor Carbon Fiber Hood. Designed with functional heat extractor vents, this hood enhances airflow while giving your Mustang a bold, track-inspired appearance.

Constructed using a vacuum-infused process with 3K 2x2 twill carbon fiber, this hood delivers excellent strength and reduced weight compared to the factory unit. The carbon fiber outer shell is bonded to a reinforced fiberglass inner structure for added rigidity and durability. Finished with a marine-grade gel coat and UV inhibitors, it provides long-lasting protection and a deep, high-gloss finish. The integrated mesh screen is removable and paintable, allowing for customization while maintaining proper ventilation.
