The Vortech Superchargers Universal PowerHat Carburetor Hat Assembly (PN 8M106-014) is a cast aluminum carburetor hat designed specifically for blow-through supercharged applications using Holley 4150-style four-barrel carburetors with mechanical secondaries. Engineered to deliver even airflow under boost, the PowerHat helps improve drivability, fuel control, and consistency compared to traditional carb hat designs.
This PowerHat is compatible with popular carburetors from Holley, Quick Fuel, and Demon. Re-jetting or minor carburetor modifications may be required depending on boost level and application. Vortech recommends the Quick Fuel Q-750-BAN carburetor for most forced-induction street and performance builds.
