The Vortech Maxflow BV57 Bypass Valve (PN 8D205-003) is a premium, race-capable pressure relief solution engineered for extreme airflow and high-boost forced induction systems. Machined from billet aluminum, the BV57 delivers an exceptional 1,300 CFM flow capacity at 10 PSIG, making it ideal for high-horsepower supercharged and turbocharged applications where standard bypass valves simply cannot keep up.
This valve is designed exclusively for speed density or blow-through Mass Air configurations and is intended for vent-to-atmosphere operation only (no re-circulation). Its advanced internal design ensures rapid response, precise sealing, and consistent pressure control under aggressive boost conditions.
Advanced BV57 Valve Design
The BV57 utilizes a large rolling diaphragm configuration combined with a -4 AN signal hose connection and dual filtered vents to provide extremely fast valve response during throttle transitions.
