How We Get More Performance
Our calibrations adjust fuel tables, timing, drive-by-wire settings, torque converter controls, shift pressures, and shift strategies to maximize power and drivability.

Custom Tuning Process
- Order your SCT X4 and submit your vehicle details/tune preferences.
- If your ECU strategy is current, we build your tunes immediately. If not, youll receive a blank device to pull your strategy code.
- Plug the X4 into your trucks OBD-II port and select Vehicle Info to read your ECU code.
- Email your ECU strategy/SWPN code to 5 Star Tuning.
- We create your tunes and email you download links. Load them to your X4 via SCT software.
- Plug the X4 back into your OBD-II port, select Program Vehicle, and follow the on-screen prompts to flash your tune.
Install time: 510 minutes. No tools required.
