What Can the RTD Device Do?
The RTD is more than just a flash programmer. It can:
- Store up to 10 custom tunes
- Monitor key engine parameters (RPM, speed, coolant temps, and more)

- Save a copy of your factory tune so you can return to stock anytime
RTD Flashing Process
Tunes are loaded using the HP Tuners RTD Flasher software on a Windows PC. Wi-Fi is required to read/write your vehicle. The process is simple:
- Install RTD Flasher software and connect the device to your OBD-II port.
- Gather your vehicle information (engine/transmission modules).
- Save your stock file and email it to 5 Star Tuning.
- Receive your custom tunes via email and load them onto your RTD device.
- Flash the tune to your vehicle using the RTD Flasher interface.
The entire process takes only a few minutes, and no shop visit is required.
