The Vortech Supercharger System with V-3 Si-Trim (PN 4GX218-138L) is a universal LS-swap EFI supercharging system engineered around the 1997-2013 C5/C6 Corvette front engine accessory drive (FEAD). Featuring a high-visibility polished finish, this system delivers Vortech's proven centrifugal performance with robust mounting and a 10-rib drive for dependable belt control in high-output LS builds.
Designed for fuel-injected Chevrolet LS engines using LS1/LS2-style intake manifolds, this package includes mandrel-bent discharge ducting and a Vortech Maxflow Race Bypass Valve. Proper fuel system upgrades and custom calibration are required to support target boost and power levels.
V-3 Si-Trim Supercharger Technology
The V-3 Si-Trim centrifugal supercharger features Vortech's advanced compressor design and a self-contained lubrication system for reliable street and competition use. Its efficiency helps manage heat and parasitic loss while supporting a wide range of LS power goals.
This configuration utilizes clockwise (CW) rotation with a curved discharge and passenger-side mounting, optimized for LS-swap installations based on the Corvette FEAD layout.
LS-Swap / Corvette FEAD Configuration
This system is designed for vehicles using a C5/C6 Corvette accessory drive equivalent to GM 19257325 or GM 19202977. Proper belt alignment requires a compatible water pump and harmonic balancer. The billet-and-steel bracketry provides rigid supercharger support under boost.
