The Vortech Supercharger System with V-3 Si-Trim (PN 4GX218-130L) is a universal LS-swap EFI supercharging solution engineered for vehicles using LS1- or LS2-style intake manifolds paired with the C5/C6 Corvette front engine accessory drive (FEAD). Finished in durable satin, this system delivers Vortech's proven centrifugal supercharger performance for high-output street and race builds requiring flexibility and strong top-end efficiency.
Designed around the Corvette FEAD architecture, this kit provides a rigid, belt-stable mounting solution and includes the critical airflow and bypass components needed for a complete forced-induction foundation. Supporting fuel system upgrades and tuning are required to match the system to your engine combination and power goals.
V-3 Si-Trim Supercharger Technology
The included V-3 Si-Trim centrifugal supercharger features Vortech's advanced compressor design and self-contained lubrication system. Known for excellent efficiency and durability, the V-3 Si-Trim supports a wide range of street and competition LS builds while minimizing heat generation and parasitic loss.
This configuration utilizes clockwise (CW) rotation with a curved discharge and passenger-side mounting, optimized specifically for LS-swap applications using the Corvette FEAD layout.
LS-Swap / Corvette FEAD Configuration
This system is designed for fuel-injected Chevrolet LS engines using an LS1 or LS2-style intake manifold and requires a C5/C6 Corvette accessory drive equivalent to GM 19257325 or GM 19202977. Proper belt alignment also requires a compatible water pump and harmonic balancer.
The 10-rib serpentine drive system provides excellent belt grip for higher-horsepower operation while retaining multiple pulley options for boost tuning.
