The Vortech Superchargers Tuner Kit (PN 4GP218-048T) is a high-capacity, race-proven supercharging solution engineered for carbureted Small Block Chevrolet engines where durability and horsepower potential are the top priorities. This system features the V-1 H/D Ti centrifugal supercharger finished in a striking polished housing, making it ideal for aggressive street/strip builds and dedicated performance applications.

As a true tuner kit, this configuration is designed for builders who want maximum flexibility. It does not include a carburetor enclosure box, allowing the use of aftermarket EFI systems, custom carburetor hats, bonnets, or alternate induction solutions tailored to your specific setup.

V-1 H/D Ti Supercharger Technology

The V-1 H/D Ti supercharger utilizes a heavy-duty straight-cut gear set designed for extreme durability under sustained boost and high-RPM operation. Developed in Vortech’s SAE J1723–compliant supercharger test cell, the Ti-series compressors achieve up to 78% peak adiabatic efficiency, reducing heat generation while maximizing usable airflow and power output.

The V-1 H/D Ti is capable of supporting applications up to approximately 950 horsepower with proper engine internals, fuel delivery, and professional tuning.
