The Vortech Superchargers V-3 Si Tuner Kit (PN 4GE218-114L) is engineered for serious builders upgrading 2010-2013 Chevrolet Camaro SS models equipped with the 6.2L LS3 (manual) or L99 (automatic). Finished in a stealth black configuration, this tuner kit delivers Vortech's proven centrifugal supercharger hardware while allowing complete freedom for custom fuel system selection and aftermarket ECU calibration.
At the core of this system is Vortech's self-contained V-3 Si-Trim centrifugal supercharger, paired with a robust 10-rib drive system and a high-capacity air-to-air Charge Cooler. Unlike complete systems, this tuner kit does not include fuel injectors or ECU programming, making it ideal for higher-boost combinations, race-oriented builds, and custom tuning strategies.
V-3 Si-Trim Supercharger Technology
The V-3 Si-Trim represents Vortech's most advanced self-contained centrifugal supercharger architecture. The "i" stands for improved, referencing Vortech's patented oil control system and next-generation compressor stage developed in their SAE J1723-compliant supercharger test cell.
With a peak 78% adiabatic efficiency (SAE J1723), the V-3 Si-Trim generates less heat, reduces parasitic drive loss, and produces more net horsepower than conventional supercharger designs. Lower operating temperatures also translate into improved durability and consistency under sustained boost.
Power Potential & Build Flexibility
When paired with proper fuel system upgrades and custom calibration, the V-3 Si-Trim is capable of supporting up to 775 horsepower on modified engines. For extreme race-only applications, Vortech also offers tuner kit configurations with the V-7 YSi-Trim supercharger, capable of supporting approximately 1,200 horsepower.

- High-capacity charge cooler core rated to support 1,000+ horsepower (20" x 15.6" x 3.5")
- Mandrel-bent 3" aluminum charge tubing
- Vortech Maxflow Race bypass valve with filter
- 4" aluminum throttle body inlet duct
- Billet aluminum MAF housing with integrated air straightener for OEM idle quality and drivability
Note: While the included Maxflow Race bypass valve is adequate for the supplied pulley and boost combination, Vortech recommends upgrading to a Maxflow BV57 valve when increasing boost beyond the out-of-the-box configuration.
