Maxflow Race BOV Design & Function
The Maxflow Race Blow-Off Valve is CNC-machined from billet aluminum and uses a large rolling diaphragm with dual vent porting for fast, consistent valve response. The valve features a 360-degree discharge design and is preset by Vortech to open at 5-7 inches of vacuum, making it well suited for high-boost, vent-to-atmosphere (VTA) supercharged systems.
This BOV shares the same mounting flange configuration as the Vortech Race Bypass Valve, including the 1.51" / 38.51mm inlet, allowing for straightforward replacement on compatible Vortech VTA applications.
