Maxflow Race BOV Design & Function
The Maxflow Race Blow-Off Valve is constructed from billet aluminum and utilizes a large diaphragm with dual vent porting to ensure quick, consistent actuation. The valve is preset from Vortech to open at 5-7 inches of vacuum, making it ideal for vent-to-atmosphere (VTA) supercharged systems that see rapid throttle transitions.
This valve uses the same mounting flange configuration as the Vortech Race Bypass Valve, including the 1.51" / 38.51mm inlet, ensuring compatibility with existing Vortech VTA-style setups.
