The Si-Trim compressor features a computer-designed, high-efficiency impeller and housing developed in Vortech's supercharger test cell. Combined with a high-contact-ratio, precision helical gear drive, the V-2 Si-Trim delivers quiet operation, strong airflow capability, and proven long-term durability.
Tuner Kit Configuration Explained
Vortech tuner kits use the same core supercharger hardware found in complete systems but exclude fuel injectors, fuel pumps, and ECU reprogramming. This allows racers and custom tuners to select fuel system components and calibration strategies that best match their engine combination and performance goals.
For reference, High Output complete systems for 2005-2008 Mustang GT applications are capable of boosting stock engines to approximately 462 horsepower when fully equipped and calibrated.
