Polished V-2 Si-Trim Complete Supercharger System for 2007-2008 Mustang GT

The Vortech Supercharger System with V-2 Si-Trim (PN 4FU218-038SQ) is a complete, fully calibrated centrifugal supercharger system engineered for 2007-2008 Ford Mustang GT models equipped with the 4.6L 3V engine. Finished in a high-luster polished finish, this configuration is supplied without a Charge Cooler for a cleaner, simpler installation while still delivering substantial power gains.

With the supplied calibration and 91-octane fuel, this system is capable of boosting a stock engine to approximately 462 horsepower and 419 lb-ft of torque at the flywheel with up to 10 PSI of boost at factory redline, depending on pulley selection.

V-2 Si-Trim Supercharger Technology

The V-2 Si-Trim centrifugal supercharger is a proven, engine-oil-fed design ideal for sustained high-performance use. The "Si" designation represents Vortech's improved high-efficiency compressor stage, delivering an industry-leading 78% adiabatic efficiency (SAE J1723). Higher efficiency means lower intake air temperatures, reduced parasitic load, and greater net horsepower.

Unlike self-contained units, the V-2 shares the engine's oiling system, making it well-suited for extended boost conditions such as spirited street driving or road course use.

Complete System Configuration

This is a true complete supercharger system, including the necessary fuel system upgrades and ECU calibration. A supplied Diablosport In-Tune handheld programmer reflashes the factory ECM with a safe Vortech calibration optimized for 91-octane fuel, maintaining excellent drivability and reliability.

The system is compatible with both manual and automatic transmission 2007-2008 Mustang GT models.
