The Vortech Superchargers Tuner Kit with V-2 SCi-Trim and Charge Cooler (PN 4FR218-120SQ) is engineered for 2003-2004 Ford Mustang Mach 1 models equipped with the 4V 4.6L DOHC engine. Finished in a durable satin coating, this tuner kit is designed for high-performance, custom-calibrated builds where sustained boost capability, reliability, and thermal control are critical.
From the factory, the Mach 1 produced 305 horsepower and 320 lb-ft of torque. With this Vortech system and proper supporting modifications, output can be safely increased to approximately 460 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque. High-output, charge-cooled configurations are capable of further gains, increasing output to as much as 484 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque, depending on boost level, tuning, and engine configuration.

The V-2 SCi-Trim is a gear-driven centrifugal supercharger that incorporates Vortech's SQ (Super Quiet) gear technology for smooth operation and exceptional long-term durability. Its high-efficiency impeller and housing design were developed in Vortech's supercharger test cell to deliver consistent airflow and stable boost across the RPM range.
