The Vortech Superchargers Tuner Kit with V-3 JT-Trim and Air-to-Air Charge Cooler (PN 4FQ218-548JT) is engineered for 2021-2023 Ford Mustang GT models equipped with the 5.0L Coyote engine. Featuring a polished finish and 6-rib serpentine drive system, this tuner kit is designed for custom-tuned, high-horsepower applications where fuel system upgrades and ECU calibration are supplied by the installer.
This system utilizes Vortech's V-3 JT-Trim centrifugal supercharger, refined through extensive development in Vortech's supercharger lab. With a patented oil control system and advanced centrifugal compressor stage, the V-3 JT achieves 76% adiabatic efficiency (SAE J1723), helping reduce heat generation, lower parasitic drive loss, and improve long-term durability. Vortech supercharger systems also weigh significantly less than many competing designs.
Tuner Kit Configuration & Power Capability
This is a tuner kit intended for higher-horsepower, custom-calibrated builds. It does not include fuel injectors, a fuel pump, or an ECU programmer. The included V-3 JT-Trim supercharger is capable of supporting up to 1,000 horsepower on properly modified engines.
For dedicated racing applications, Vortech also offers tuner kit variants utilizing the V-7 JT-B, V-7 YSi, and V-7 YSi-B superchargers, which require additional supporting modifications.
