This configuration features a polished, engine oil-fed V-2 Si-Trim supercharger combined with Vortech's air-to-water, dual-pass charge cooling system for consistent power delivery, excellent thermal control, and proven street reliability.

With the increased boost level and integrated charge cooling, Vortech rates this system to safely raise output from 260 horsepower to 402 horsepower and torque from 302 lb-ft to 400 lb-ft when installed on a stock engine with supported calibration. Power builds smoothly with RPM, maintaining factory-like drivability while delivering a substantial performance gain.

V-2 Si-Trim Supercharger Technology

The V-2 Si-Trim centrifugal supercharger utilizes Vortech's high-efficiency impeller and housing design developed in their supercharger test cell. Unlike self-contained units, the V-2 employs an engine oil-fed lubrication system, allowing the supercharger oil to be cooled and filtered through the engine - an advantage for sustained boost and extended street use.
