The Vortech V-3 Si-Trim Complete Supercharger System (PN 4FL218-078L) is specifically engineered for the 2001 Ford Mustang Bullitt equipped with the 4.6L 2V engine. This complete, street-legal system delivers a substantial and reliable performance increase while maintaining factory-like drivability. In its standard non-charge-cooled configuration, this system safely increases output from 265 horsepower to 390 horsepower and boosts torque from 305 lb-ft to 396 lb-ft.

V-3 Si-Trim Supercharger Technology
The V-3 Si-Trim supercharger utilizes Vortech's advanced SQ (Super Quiet) gear-driven technology combined with a high-efficiency impeller and compressor housing developed in Vortech's supercharger test cell. This design delivers excellent airflow and efficiency while maintaining quiet operation for refined street use.
The V-3 is self-lubricating and does not require engine oil feed or drain lines, simplifying installation and long-term maintenance compared to traditional oil-fed superchargers.

Note: Charge-cooled systems require a battery relocation kit (PN 8N150-010), sold separately.

Tuning & Vehicle Requirements
This supercharger system is designed for stock engine applications. Vortech will only provide tuning for vehicles equipped with a stock engine and either a stock exhaust or most aftermarket cat-back exhaust systems.
Vehicles with aftermarket throttle bodies, cold air intakes, headers, off-road mid-pipes, or other engine modifications will require custom tuning. Additionally, not all ECU box codes are supported. Vehicles with ECU codes such as RKN, MDE, PTP, or JRX are not supported by Vortech-supplied tuning. We strongly recommend verifying ECU box code compatibility prior to purchase.
