Boss 302 Intake Manifold Conversion Hardware for Supercharged Coyote Engines
The Vortech / Paxton Boss 302 Intake Adapter Harness & PCV Kit (PN 4FQ117-061) is designed to adapt the Ford Boss 302 intake manifold onto Vortech or Paxton supercharged 2011-2014 Mustang 5.0L engines without the use of a throttle body spacer. This kit provides the required adapter hardware, harness, and PCV provisions needed to properly integrate the Boss 302 intake with centrifugal supercharger systems.
This version is intended for applications where a throttle body spacer is not required due to existing inlet configuration or component selection.
Spacer-Free Boss 302 Intake Integration
The Boss 302 intake manifold is commonly used in Coyote builds focused on improved high-RPM airflow. When combined with Vortech or Paxton supercharging, proper adapter hardware is essential to maintain correct fitment, vacuum routing, and drivability. The 4FQ117-061 kit is engineered specifically for spacer-free installations.
Throttle Body Spacer Not Included
This kit does not include a throttle body spacer. If your application requires a throttle body spacer, Vortech offers an alternate version under part number 4FQ117-051.
