The Vortech V-30 112A Supercharger Head Unit (PN 2G478-064) is a clean-sheet, race-focused centrifugal supercharger engineered to meet the demands of 1,000+ horsepower competition builds. Finished in a durable black coating, this configuration features clockwise (CW) rotation and a straight discharge layout for maximum installation flexibility in high-output drag racing and marine applications.
The V-30 series represents Vortech's next-generation racing compressor platform, replacing the previous V-28 112 design. Developed using Vortech's SAE J1723-compliant supercharger test cell, the V-30 incorporates extensive racing experience and advanced compressor engineering to deliver higher efficiency, lower discharge temperatures, and increased durability compared to competing high-boost superchargers.
Advanced V-30 Compressor Technology
At the core of the V-30 112A is a technologically advanced, 5-axis machined billet impeller paired with a high-diffusion compressor housing. This combination maximizes airflow efficiency while minimizing parasitic losses and heat generation at extreme boost levels.
