The Vortech V-2 Ti-Trim Heavy Duty Supercharger Head Unit (PN 2E139-124) is engineered for latest-generation, improved-breathing engines in aggressive street and strip applications. Designed to deliver substantially improved airflow and efficiency at elevated boost levels, the V-2 H/D Ti-Trim provides strong, repeatable power gains with the durability required for sustained high-performance use.
This configuration features counter-clockwise (CCW) rotation, a straight discharge, a no-ears housing for custom mounting solutions, and a durable black finish, making it ideal for race-focused and space-constrained engine bay layouts.
V-2 Ti-Trim Heavy Duty Supercharger Technology
The V-2 Ti-Trim utilizes computer-designed, optimized helical-cut gears with a 3.61:1 internal step-up ratio, delivering quieter operation than straight-cut designs while maintaining excellent airflow capability at higher boost pressures. All V-2 units are direct bolt-on replacements for Vortech V-1 systems and can be installed into existing Vortech V-1, V-2, V-4, or V-7 bracketry, offering excellent upgrade flexibility.
The Heavy Duty gearcase is designed for higher power levels and continuous high-RPM operation, making this head unit a proven choice for modified street/strip vehicles.
Lubrication & Gearcase Design
The V-2 H/D Ti-Trim features a ventilated gearcase assembly that eliminates internal pressure buildup commonly associated with non-vented competitive designs. Integrated gearcase baffling ensures proper oil control, while a simple oil slinger design provides consistent lubrication to gears and bearings without the need for a separate shaft or bearing set.
Each supercharger is factory pre-filled with Vortech's proprietary synthetic fluid, includes an integrated dipstick for easy fluid checks, and is supplied with a remote fluid drain hose to allow clean fluid changes without removing the supercharger from the vehicle.

- Above 6 PSI: Vortech Standard Bypass Valve or Vortech Maxflow Race Bypass/Blowoff Valve
- Above 10 PSI: Vortech Maxflow Race Bypass/Blowoff Valve, Vortech Mondo Bypass Valve, or Vortech BV57 Valve
