The Vortech V-2 Si-Trim Supercharger Head Unit is engineered for the latest generation of improved-breathing, high-power street and strip engines. Built to deliver strong airflow with exceptional efficiency at elevated boost levels, the Si-Trim provides substantial power gains while maintaining smooth, quiet operation and proven durability.
This V-2 Si-Trim utilizes Vortech's advanced helical-cut gear design with a 3.61:1 internal step-up ratio, resulting in quieter operation without sacrificing performance. A ventilated gearcase assembly eliminates internal pressure issues associated with non-vented designs, while integrated gearcase baffling and a simple oil slinger system ensure consistent lubrication of gears and bearings. Each unit is factory pre-filled with Vortech synthetic supercharger fluid and includes an integrated dipstick plus a remote fluid drain hose for easy servicing without removing the supercharger.
