The Vortech V-7 Heavy Duty JT-Trim Supercharger Head Unit is specifically engineered to deliver higher output on modular Ford Mustang engines, combining strong airflow with excellent efficiency and race-proven durability. Built on Vortech's advanced centrifugal supercharger technology, the JT-Trim is ideal for the latest generation of improved-breathing, high-power street and strip engines.
As part of the V-7 Series, this head unit provides true large-blower performance while still fitting most existing Vortech mounting bracketry. The Heavy Duty (H/D) configuration incorporates high-speed ceramic hybrid ball bearings, making it suitable for sustained high-RPM use and compatible with cog pulley / Gilmer-style drive systems. All V-7 units feature Vortech's exclusive D-port volute for improved efficiency and require the use of a Vortech Racing Bypass Valve or larger to properly manage high discharge flow.
