At the core of the YSi-B Trim is a technologically advanced, high-efficiency 5-axis CNC-machined billet impeller paired with a high-diffusion housing, engineered and validated in Vortech's SAE J1723-compliant supercharger test cell.
The V-7 Series delivers true large-blower capability in a compact package that fits most existing Vortech mounting bracketry. This Heavy Duty (H/D) configuration is equipped with high-speed ceramic hybrid ball bearings, making it ideal for sustained high-RPM race use and fully compatible with cog pulley / Gilmer-style drive systems. All V-7 units feature Vortech's exclusive D-port volute for improved efficiency at extreme flow levels and require a Vortech Racing Bypass Valve or larger to properly manage discharge airflow.
