The Vortech V-1 Heavy Duty Ti-Trim Supercharger (PN 2A139-120) is a proven centrifugal supercharger engineered for high-power street and strip engines requiring reliable airflow at elevated boost levels. This configuration features counter-clockwise (CCW) rotation, a straight discharge outlet, and a "no ears" housing design, making it ideal for custom installations and bracket applications where clearance is critical.

Heavy Duty Ti-Trim Supercharger Design
This Heavy Duty Ti-Trim unit utilizes a helical-cut gear drive with a 3.61:1 internal step-up ratio, providing smooth, efficient power delivery with reduced noise compared to straight-cut gear designs. The ventilated gear case eliminates internal pressure buildup commonly found in non-vented competitive designs, improving reliability under sustained boost.
Integrated gear case baffling and a simple oil slinger design ensure proper lubrication to gears and bearings without requiring separate shafts or bearing sets. The supercharger is factory pre-filled with Vortech's special synthetic fluid and includes an integrated dipstick for quick fluid checks.

Compatibility & Installation Flexibility
The V-1 H/D Ti-Trim can be installed into any existing Vortech V-1, V-2, V-4, or V-7 bracketry, making it an excellent upgrade path for existing Vortech systems. This unit includes a remote fluid drain hose attached to the supercharger, allowing fluid changes without removing the head unit.
This supercharger is best suited for street/strip vehicles with modified engines.

- Superchargers exceeding 6 PSI require a Vortech Standard Bypass Valve or Maxflow Race Bypass/Blow-Off Valve
