With the supplied pulley ratio, the NOVI 1200 produces approximately 7-8 PSI of boost at 6,000 RPM on a lightly modified 340 cubic-inch V8. Depending on boost level, engine efficiency, and supporting modifications, horsepower gains typically fall in the 30-75%+ range, making this an excellent foundation for aggressive street or strip Mopar combinations.

Carburetor Enclosure Information
This tuner kit is supplied without a carburetor enclosure, making it well suited for custom applications such as high-rise intake manifolds. Builders requiring a carburetor enclosure should consult Paxton for optional components.
When equipped, Paxton carburetor enclosures are designed for use with Holley 4150-type, Quick Fuel Q-750 BAN, or Demon 650 MD four-barrel carburetors with mechanical secondaries, .120 needle and seat, and nitrophyl float assemblies. Enclosures pressurize float bowls and throttle shafts for proper air/fuel control and feature front and rear -8 AN fuel inlet ports with multiple pressure and vacuum connection points.
Note: A larger CFM carburetor may be required for custom high-horsepower applications.
