NOVI 2200 Heavy Duty Supercharger Technology
At the core of this system is Paxton's NOVI 2200 Heavy Duty centrifugal supercharger, developed through extensive in-house testing. The NOVI 2200 features a patented oil control system and a state-of-the-art compressor stage capable of achieving approximately 76% adiabatic efficiency (SAE J1723). Higher efficiency reduces heat generation, lowers parasitic drive loss, and increases net power output while improving durability under sustained boost.
This Heavy Duty configuration is intended for high-output applications and is suitable for modified Coyote engines capable of supporting extreme horsepower levels.
Air-to-Air Charge Cooler & 8-Rib Drive System
This tuner kit includes a high-capacity air-to-air charge cooler featuring a 24" x 13" x 3.5" core designed to significantly reduce intake air temperatures under boost. Lower intake temperatures improve detonation resistance and consistency during repeated high-load operation.
The included 8-rib drive system increases belt contact area, allowing approximately 33% more drive power to be transmitted to the supercharger while reducing belt slip and improving long-term reliability in high-boost configurations.
Tuner Kit Configuration
Tuner kits are supplied without fuel injectors, fuel pump upgrades, or ECU programming. This allows tuners and racers to select custom fuel system components and calibration strategies that best suit their specific performance targets.
