The Paxton NOVI 2200SL High Output Supercharger System is a complete, fully calibrated bolt-on power solution engineered specifically for the 20072008 Mustang GT 4.6L 3V. With documented gains of up to 170 horsepower on 20052008 models and up to 183 horsepower on 2010 models, Paxtons Mustang supercharging systems are widely regarded as the ultimate street-focused forced induction upgrade.
At the heart of the system is the NOVI 2200SL gear-driven centrifugal supercharger, paired with an integrated air-to-air charge cooler for cooler, denser intake air and consistent power on demand. In High Output configuration, this system produces 10 PSI of boost at factory redline, elevating a stock 4.6L 3V Mustang GT to 470 horsepower and 420 lb-ft of torque on CA 91-octane fuel.
Continued development in Paxtons test lab produced the NOVI 1200SL and 2200SL compressors, achieving an industry-leading 7678% peak adiabatic efficiency (SAE J1723 standard).
